We are a team of scientists and engineers, and we have seen many disadvantages with the current decaf coffee and decaffeination methods. So we came together and put our efforts into developing the new Decafino technology. Launched at the University of Washington in Seattle, we want to create a healthier and more sustainable solution for everyone to enjoy higher-quality, better-tasting low-caffeine coffee while reducing wastage. Utilizing cutting-edge biotechnology knowledge and food chemistry, our team has created first-of-its-kind decaffeination technology that enables anyone to decaffeinate their own cup of coffee or tea.
